Yes, the main site is free. Only embed plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are paid.
Can I watch tours without signing up?
Yes, all tours are accessible without sign-up. Membership is for personal lists and a personalized experience.
What is an embed code?
An iframe code to place 360° tours on your site. Paid tiers include domain lock and higher monthly view quotas.
Are payments secure?
All payments go through iyzico with 3D Secure. Card details are NOT stored by us; iyzico handles them.
Can my donation be refunded?
Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable. For mistakes, contact info@360tr.com within 14 days.
How do I change my cookie preferences?
Via the bottom cookie banner or the "Manage cookie preferences" link on the Privacy page.
How do I delete my account?
Account → Settings → Delete account. After 30 days grace period, data is permanently removed.
