1. Service Description

360TR is a 360° virtual tour platform. Users can view tours, share, generate embed codes, and optionally make support donations.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account security. Don't share your password. All activity under your account is attributed to you.

3. Content License

Tours, images, and text are owned by 360TR and content creators. Reproduction or republication without permission is prohibited. Embed code is an exception — it's covered under the embed license.

4. Embed Plans and Payments

Embed plans are monthly subscriptions. Free tier is limited but free. Paid plans are processed via iyzico; refund requests are reviewed within 7 days. Auto-renewal is currently inactive — manual renewal each period.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Processed via iyzico. For cases like "wrong amount", contact info@360tr.com within 14 days.

6. Prohibited Behavior

Attacks on infrastructure, scraping, brute-force
Spam comments, copyrighted content sharing
Embed use on malicious domains
Deceptive or harmful content

7. Limitation of Liability

Service is provided "as is". 360TR is not directly liable for data loss, outages, or third-party service issues (iyzico, AdSense, etc.).

8. Changes

These terms may be updated occasionally. For significant changes, registered users are notified by email.
