It has been at the site of Mardin Gate. It is one of the significant inns which have survived until today by preserving its architectural identity.
It had been constructed by Husrev Pasha, Diyarbakir Governor, in 1527 together with the mosque and Madrasah, behind it. The reason for the fact that the building has been called as Deliller Inn is that; the guides (companion) who should transfer the prospective pilgrims to Hedjaz, were lodging in that Inn.
